Mr. Ken Wong has over 20 years senior management experience in entrepreneurial ventures, management consulting and large organizations including Deloitte Consulting, XO Communications, AT&T, Pepsi-Cola and Bank of America. He has worked in the venture capital and private equity arenas. Mr. Wong has managed large and small accounting and planning staffs; extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, acquisition due diligence, financial and operational audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementations.

As a V.P. of Finance of XO Communications, he managed all financial operations for a 1,000 employee division generating $100 million in sales for of a public telecommunications carrier with over $6 billion in market capitalization.

Mr. Wong is a Director and outgoing Treasurer of a non-profit school endowment in Danville, California charged with investing and managing a $1 million fund to meet the needs of students needing tuition assistance.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, MBA from the University of San Francisco and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
