Ms. Andrea Spudich is a Corporate Responsibility Consultant helping organizations effectively address stakeholder demands for greater transparency, accountability and corporate citizenship. Ms. Spudich’s career has involved helping Global Fortune 500 and mid-market companies manage their reputations–from marketing corporate and product brands to building stakeholder trust and confidence through corporate governance, ethics and compliance programs. She advocates for adopting a more systematic and integrated approach towards addressing the spectrum of governance, risk, compliance, business ethics and corporate social responsibility concerns. Her proposal is that companies develop strategies to align and integrate their activities and responses in these areas.  The end result will be a more cohesive and efficient system for guiding and reinforcing positive corporate decisions and actions while promoting a more credible and consistent brand in the marketplace.

Most recently, Ms. Spudich served as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, LLP in Chicago leading project teams in the area of corporate governance, ethics and compliance. Prior to Deloitte, she spent a majority of her career in the San Francisco Bay area working for global corporations and brands such as Hitachi, Emery Worldwide, CNF, and Fair Isaac, and with such business partners as Visa International, Compaq, and HP.

Ms. Spudich holds a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.  Her undergraduate studies in marketing and communications were completed at the University of Wisconsin. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in E-Commerce from Georgia Tech. and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
